At Event Maids, our goal is to make every event stress-free from start to finish.
The following outlines our most important policies so clients know what to expect before booking.
All reservations are subject to Event Maids’ full Service Agreement, which is provided at the time of booking.
Event Maids provides setup, cleanup, and support services as described in your booking confirmation.
We are not decorators, designers, or coordinators, and we do not handle draped or hanging linens.
Unless otherwise noted, services do not include food disposal, clearing of dinner dishes, dishwashing, or deep cleaning.
Detailed service descriptions are included in each client’s contract.
Event Maids staff do not ask guests to leave the premises.
If guests, vendors, or scheduling delays prevent completion of services, the work performed will be considered fulfilled and payment will remain due in full.
Event Maids may capture photos or short videos of setup and cleanup areas for marketing purposes.
By booking, the Client grants Event Maids permission to use this content on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
Event Maids is a licensed and insured business.
Clients are responsible for providing venue access, sufficient lighting, trash receptacles, and restroom facilities for staff use.
