Clean-out pricing starts at $60 per hour and always includes 2 professional, insured cleaners. Free estimates are available before booking, and all services require a signed service agreement. A 25% retainer is required to book your cleaning. Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent, flexible, and fair. No hidden fees, no surprises.
